Thanks for posting my picture! Thanks, Kathy and Sheena-kay for your comments. I was going for a feeling of isolation (pun not intended). The river level dropped and left that chunk of ice stranded. I should add that my husband's response to this picture was, "I wish I was in Hawaii."

Ann always manages to capture a "feeling" in her photos. This one feels crisp and cold & very alive.
